| SMTP Server Problems | 30 Apr 2007 17:58 GMT | 2 |
I have not been able to connect to Verizon's SMTP server with my Treo for the last few days. My inbound email through Bellsouth works fine but I can't send or reply to email. Is anyone else having problems? Any workarounds if this continues?

| Verizon excessive bandwidth charges | 30 Apr 2007 04:36 GMT | 6 |
I have a family share plan, I pay just under $100/month for. I just renewed, and apparently the infrared port on my Treo is dead. As a result, they weren't able to transfer the phone book in the Verizon store. They said I could use my account and it was pretty easy and left

| Old Moto e815 vs. new Moto Q - Sprint or Verizon? | 30 Apr 2007 00:30 GMT | 3 |
I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 2 years now (4 lines, family share plan, 1400 minutes) and have been reasonably happy except for one chronic problem. Despite living up on a hill, enjoying virtual line of sight to most area towers, and showing 5 bars of signal ...

| Verizon Wireless Lousy Phone, Lousy Support...What can I do? | 27 Apr 2007 14:08 GMT | 4 |
My wife has a Motorola V60s phone with Verizon as her carrier. This phone has never been any good. People she calls or who call her too often can't understand her and vice versa, signal quality is marginal where her friends phones, also on Verizon, have good signal, etc.

How do they make any money? The last 4 times I moved they don't service that area. Not available at this zip code, etc, etc. They are all around here but not my zip codes? Unicel is here, US cellular is here, T-mobile is here, Sprint is here, At&t is here and others. What's up with ...

| Embarassing Situation | 26 Apr 2007 00:58 GMT | 7 |
I called a girl today and a guy answered the phone. It sounded like he handed it to her, she said "hello" a couple times and hung up. When I confronted her, she said that she there was no guy. It is possible that the phone somehow malfunctioned and there really was no

| XV 6700 & data transfer | 24 Apr 2007 04:29 GMT | 8 |
I'm considering getting the XV 6700, but don't want internet access. According to Verizon, if I have them block internet access to the phone, they will get rid of a $100 discount for buying an advanced phone (so I pay $100 more).

I have a new 700wx (I like it!) and I have enabled DUN via Bluetooth and USB Cable. All works good. Question, is there any need for me to load Verizon's "VZAccess" software? I downloaded it from the VZW site but I have not loaded it. I've set up all

I was told that if I wanted a pda at discount price, I would have to get their data package for $44.00. Also was told that I could cancel that package at anytime with no penalty. I have been trying to find a copy of the data contract and havent been able to find it. Can anyone
