I just got a verizion wireless device USB720.. It works well.  In my
application it will be on a robot and I need to connect to it with
REMOTE DESKTOP.. I need to know the IP address or I can't find it.
If it loses connection and reestablishs it the IP address will

One that sounds like an old dial desk phone.  Any idea where I could
