How do I change what appears as my Caller ID? When some people call me from their cellphone, I get their name as their Caller ID (just like landlines). However, when I call, I get a generic city name. Is there a way to change that?

I recently received a call, and the number that came across my caller ID was my own number (minus the name--it said 'Unknown') I didn't answer it, but I'm wondering how this is possible. Any ideas??
