Does anyone here know if any cell phone carriers provide a call
screening feature that rejects calls form a specific number?
I have it on my home digital voice service,  why can't it be provided on
cell services?

I've inquired about activating my phone for international service. Verizon
Wireless checked and said that my Razr will not be able to work in Europe
(Spain). They said that I can rent a global phone from them with the rates
as follow:

So this is driving me crazy. I have the Verizon XV6700 smartphone.
About two weeks ago it started making a beep sound when I press the
end call button, the call history button, and the talk button from my
contacts list. I have tried disabling all the notification sounds but
