Geesh I read about this now I cannot find it again.
What i understood was while away from my pc minutes are billed as per
the norm

This weekend I went on a boy scout camping trip with my son's troop to
Lava Beds National Monument, just south of the Oregon border in
California. We took AmTrak up to Klamath Falls from San Jose, then drove
down to the monument.

treo 650. It was given to me as payment for working on a computer. I love
it as a pda, but I am sick of carrying two phones around. All I want is to

Has anyone had any experience with renting a phone from  Verizon to use
while traveling in Europe?
Would it be preferable to do this instead of buying a pre-paid one over

Our "small" company decided that it was time to upgrade our phones to a

got a quote from VZW rep with the following.

Yay, GOOD RIDDANCE VERIZON! I finally got my Blackjack II after sorely
missing my old Blackjack I. No morew dropped calls all over the place,
no more getting nickled and dimed to death by Verizon. No more having
to deal with an inferior phone, the Env. Thank GOD (and I'm athiest!)

Looking to upgrade from my LG VX6000. I am totally satisfied with the 6000's
sound quality and Verizon service is excellent in my area (had AT&T
previously and would not take it again for free). My 6000 is missing a few
