Years ago, I think every Nokia phone came with five (5) adjustable
call profiles. With each "call profile," you could choose (1) which
ringtone would play, (2) what volume the ringtone would be, (3)
whether or not the phone would vibrate with a call, (4) what tone

If I am in an Extended Area, can I still call other Verizon phones
without the minutes counting?
Also, I have Americas Choice 2. I'm not supposed to pay roaming charges,
but my phone is showing "roaming."  Is this just what the phone does

Has anyone tried the Chocolate 3? Impressions in general?

A friend of mine who has a Verizon card for his laptop with U.S.
service was recently in Canada.
He was able to connect in Canada without any roaming warning, so he
figured it was OK.

Had my Samsung Gleam for about 5 months.  Every once in awhile there's a
random glitch here or there, nothing all that bad.
But I just downloaded VZ Navigator, which I love, but pretty much any time I
use the navigator for any period of time, the Gleam will reboot / shut

So where are the off-topic iphone posters now that the iphone has a bad
upgrade that disables the calendar?

just noticed with our Verizon Wireless bill - looking at it online -
we can assign a "nickname" to each calling MTN (mobile telephone number)
to make it a little easier to read the usage details.
We have the family plan, and it seems to be carried across all the numbers.

What is the difference between the America's Choice II 450 Basic
(current plan) and the Nationwide Basic 450 plans?  Both look to be the
same so I must be missing something.
Rationale here is that I became interested in the Chocolate 3 VX8560 (?)

Motorola 365i (think that's the model).
I face a river and I pick up a cell site on the other side
of the river - in a different state.  I'm in NY, facing the
Hudson, and I pick up a cell site in North Bergen, New Jersey.

Anyone here tried one of these. If so would you share your experiences so
far?

i have purchased a sd memory card for this phone i am able to put songs onto
the memory card the phone sees the memory card and the songs but i can not
play the songs directly from the memory card i have to transfer them to the
phone directory. is there  a way to play the songs ...

Does the 8350 use the same battery pack(s) as the 8300?
