AFP - Swedish telecommunications operator TeliaSonera said it would sue Turkey's Cukurova group over its refusal to honour an agreement to sell a key stake in Turkcell, the biggest Turkish mobile phone operator.

Reactivity on Monday unveiled a multimode message processing that enables unlimited operations on XML messages of any size without compromising security or system efficiency.  A part of Reactivity’s Adaptive Message Architecture, multimode message processing enables multiple disk-based, network-based, and in-memory message processing mechanisms to co-exist.  Store-and-forward processing of XML messages of unlimited size makes it possible for secure XML large message processing such as SOAP messages with large attachments and batch XML.  The Reactivity Adaptive Message Architecture is the foundation for Reactivity gateways such as the XML Security Gateway, optimized for b-to-b deployments and the SOA Gateway, optimized for cross-datacenter deployments.
