Sprint Makes a Run for Movies (The Motley Fool) 12 Dec 2005 18:22 GMTThe Motley Fool - Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S - News) has made no secret of wanting a piece of the mobile digital content revolution. On Monday, the company announced plans to move quickly into video services -- maybe too quickly. Sprint said that full-length movies will be available for users of many of its mobile phones. The jury's still very much out as to whether the mobile phone providers have all the right moves in this area, though, and so far the Sprint offering doesn't sound too compelling.
