BusinessWeek Online - Shares of Micron Technology shed more than 10% of their value to $15.74 Friday after the Boise (Idaho)-based maker of semiconductor devices posted fourth-quarter earnings that came in below analysts' expectations. Micron's principal products are DRAM and NAND flash memory, and CMOS image sensors, used in a broad array of electronic applications including PCs, workstations, network servers, and mobile phones.
