In this photo released by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, its new Ultra Smart F700 mobile phone that features some of the sleek design and functions that characterize Apple's much-hyped iPhone. According to a Samsung release, the Ultra Smart F700 utilizes a full touch screen as well as a traditional Qwerty key pad that slides out 'for users who are not yet familiar with a touch-screen-only user interface.'  Besides functioning as a phone, device, approximately 10 centimeters (4 inches) in height, can access the Internet, download music, take pictures, watch videos, handle e-mail and share photos, said Samsung, the world's third-largest manufacturer of mobile phone handsets.
