USATODAY.com - PALM DESERT, Calif. - Just when you thought you'd heard it all, a New York company unveiled a new technology Wednesday that has to be seen to be believed: video ringtones. You record your video greeting (with a webcam) at the Vringo.com website, send it to your phone, and tell your friends to sign up for it. When you call their cellphones, they'll see your video. The free service will open to the public by late March.
