EU opens antitrust case against Qualcomm

Reuters - Cellphone maker Nokia (NOK1V.HE) was
deep in discussions on Sunday night to buy navigation software
maker Navteq Corp , the Wall Street Journal reported on
its Web site on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
