Race is on for thinner cell phone screens   23 Oct 2007 13:50 GMT
The race is on to come up with the world's thinnest cell phone screen. On Tuesday, both Japan's Sharp and Taiwan's AU Optronics Corp. (AUO) said they had developed prototype displays that are less than a millimeter thick.
