In my case it's simple. I was never advised that I could put my rate
plan on suspension whilst going on vacation. Consequently I chose to
back my rate plan to the $19.99 and lose the promotion. I was not made
aware of that at the time I made this change.

I received my new phone almost 2 weeks back, but AT&T can't activate it
